I accidentally banged the side of my right hand against a hard object, two hours back. I instantly got a tiny red dotted bruise (maybe a clot) and a small painful swollen bump on the extreme right corner of the hand- between the small last finger and the wrist (back hand not palm). However I can clench my hand and make a fist. I've put some ice cold bottle against it. But I still feel some bearable pain. Does this need to be checked or can I just ice the area and wait? Kindly advise. Thank you.
