Hi Sir, I have been suffering from blind piles since 2016 sometime bleeding also and I take homeopathic medicine .when I take medicine then get relief but not cure permanently and when do I not take medicine and avoid spicy food and some restricted food like ginger then also feel good. My question is how much time should I take medicine? And in this situation ,can I do exercise like running and gym? I do kapalbhati yoga 30 minutes daily which is helpful to me. Please suggest.
