Hello I am 36 years old married women having one kid of 6 years. During pregnancy subserosa fibroid was detected of size 3.6*3.7 cm but my gynaec said no need to worry. Since last 1 and half month I have lower back pain and even abdomen pain as if I will get periods. My periods are normal no heavy bleeding but I have a pain during normal days also. I did sonography n report says that Normal Sized uterus with 2 small Fibroids, the one at fundus is calcified. What does these mean and do I have to consult doctor?
