As rheumatoid arthritis affects small joints first like fingers, hands, feet and then progress to other joints. Most probably, your problem must be because of rheumatoid arthritis. In rheumatoid arthritis joints gets stiff and inflamed and if they are ignored joints can deform too. So, keep your joints mobile by using them time to time or whenever possible and keep stretching your muscles and strengthen them. Consult your nearest orthopedic doctor for disease modified anti rheumatic drugs and if possible consult a physiotherapist to maintain health of your joints.
