Hi Sir, I have fissure and hemorrhoids. Doctor suggested lacto Fiber supplement. I have been using it for 2 months. As long as I use I don?t feel any pain. Once I stop I can feel the pain. So am continuously using it now. Are they any side effects if I use the supplement for longer run.
