I am suffering from lack of self confidence and stressful daily attacks since a very long time. I do not get sleep on time. I am not able to work and think of anything productive to do in a day. Just have too much of excess of thinking going in my mind. Use to have panic attacks bt have them stopping now. Suggest me a remedy.
