Doctor diagnosed me has anxiety disorder, panic attack and fear social anxiety now I am taking Zaptra 12.5, zolfresh 10 mg, rozavel 40 mg after taking this all medicines I have not found any changes still I can't sleep for 4 hours so please suggest me what I do.

Your doctor must have recommended you to also follow certain psychotherapy like few lifestyle changes or behaviors therapies, excersise and counseling support. Because medicine alone can't cure emotional issues like anxiety or depression.
