Hi I am 7 years old female. Height 5'4" weight 61 kg. I am suffering from irregular menstruation cycle since the beginning. I get my periods over a duration of 2-3 months. It extends upto 4-5 months as well. The flow is normal. I do not have any other symptoms like too much facial hair or at unwanted places, menstrual cramps. I got myself diagnosed two years back where the reports were normal however it had mentioned bilateral ovarian multiple small follicles. I was advised to take MEPRED 10 MG until I get my periods and then to start again after period gets over. The menstrual cycle was normal and I quit having medicines and then I was back to where I started from. Please advise as how should I proceed further. And what measures I should take to normalise my menses.
