Hello I am a 33 year old female. I have started to notice a tinge of blood in my urine since about 9 days. On getting a urinalysis done the reports showed presence of rbcs between 45 to 50 as well as occult blood with a plus 2 sign. I then got an ultra sound done thinking maybe the hematuria was occurring due to a kidney stone but that too is absent. No pain in my abdomen, no irritation while peeing, no fever, normal blood pressure, no urge of peeing. The kidneys and ureter are normal and the ultrasound hows post void residual urine as 65 ml. When I have lots of water and then pee the red disappears. I feel absolutely fine health wise but the blood in the urine is bothering me mentally as it's not getting diagnosed. What should be my next step and what could be the reason for this painless hematuria. Please help.
