Hello, I am asking this question for my 5 year old niece. Her parents are under the process of divorce. Divorce was initiated by her father. Her mother was keen to adjust & stay together. Baby is staying with her mother & once a month for 2 days she is meeting her father. The girl get very emotional when she meets her father. She was very happy child until court ordered this once a month meeting with father. She is not eating on her own. May be to seek mother's attention. Otherwise she is very happy & loving person. She is staying with mother & goes to 4 hours school & then in day care. She is happy in both the places but when she is back from meeting with father she will do some or other disturbing act in school or in day care. Like she will start crying for small thing or she will wear other girls dress & so on. She is attached to both parents. To make things easy for her & her mother would it be advisable to tell her about this situation is created by her father as when she is back from father's place she is more disturbed & emotional. How to deal with her is task for my cousin. She is working & kids behavior is affecting my cousins mental & physical health.

See this is really disturbing for a kid .this is the growing age for the kid. She needs parents love from both sides equally .otherwise she will got mental illness. She will not develop physically and mentally .so in this condition parents should compromise for their lovely kid. please do not hurt d kid. Ego saves nothing .lide is for once. please think about the kid. Person who compromise is the better one and strong also.
