Im 34 years female .I was addicted to eating raw rice for past 2 years I tried to stop but I can not. I know it was not good for my weight and tooth too but I can't stop eating.

Being aware is a good step towards solving the problem. Try to understand the triggers for it. What makes you eat. What time of the day. Are you under any stress. Try to reduce quantities / frequency slowly. Else make sure that you don't store any raw rice in your house. Replace all rice meals with millets, wheat for few weeks and see what happens. Try meditation and mind control exercises.
