One cigarette a day doesn't affect health to an athlete be preferably better to avoid if possible. Smoking affect our lungs capacity gradually and will lead to weakness, lethargy and restlessness while or running or heavy exercises. Do some yoga and Pranayama to keep your lungs healthy.
