Hello lybrate-user. All skin problems take time to cure completely. As you are of 20th harmonal changes may be the first reason and as your age increases the problem get resolved. Mean while you have to do following 1) change in diet- avoid spice food 2) change in routine- try to sleep early at night and awake early morning and do some exercises in fresh air 3) gandhak rasayan vati 1 TDS Sookshma triphal vati 1 TDS Mahamanjishthadi kwath 4 ml + 4 ml water in a cup after food twice daily For a month Healthy food and healthy habits get reflected in pure skin.
