Peripheral neuropathy is common in patients with diabetes. Alcohol consumption can also cause deficiency in B vitamins which can worsen your symptoms. Ayurvedic approach for peripheral neuropathy include external application and massage of medicated oils and also internal medications administration. Foods such as flax seeds, walnuts, Omega 3 fatty acids can help. For further treatment advise please consult an Ayurvedic physician.
