If by teenager you mean 18 or 19 year old then that's fine but if she's below that you could be in serious trouble! Any amount of penetration in cases of those below 18 years of age amounts to Rape! If she's over 18 years of age and still a teenager I would not advise of using any other protective measure as condoms have an efficacy of upto 98%+ if used the right way and hormonal pills etc may have bad effects on her health.
