Dear Lybrate user. The color of the teeth is either because of intrinsic stains or because of extrinsic stains. If your teeth were with normal color earlier and now they turned brown. Then it's extrinsic stains and can be removed with cleaning and scaling by the dentist. If the stains are intrinsic, or due to fluorosis, it will not go off by scaling, then it requires other treatment like veneers. Please share the history and your photographs for further evaluation.

Kindly get scaling and polishing done and if you want you can also get bleaching done. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.
You might have fluorosis due to water. Kindly get it checked by dentist. You might need teeth veneer / laminate / crowns.

U should undergo scaling procedure first to remove any tarter/stains on teeth. Then follow up with dental bleaching procedure to improve the whiteness of ur teeth.

It is Better to go for bleaching at dental clinics.
Start brushing after each meal, get scaling done from a dentist.
