You want to increase your sex cells. You are doing masturbation and want to leave it. Pain during masturbation is due to fatigue of penile muscles due to excessive masturbation. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take milk and milk products daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always. Do meditation for mental strength daily to increase your focus and willpower to quit masturbation. Whenever thoughts of masturbation comes to your mind, replace these thoughts by good thoughts by saying or teaching your mind that these thoughts are not good for health and sex.
