I am 61 year old man. I am type DM and HT since 2007, both fine control. Professionally, I was a typist worked in several typewriters, including desktop computers. Recently, both my hand limbs very week, cannot handle anything a small object. If I took even a small matter, viz. Mobile, Iron box etc. My limbs are paining. Nails are also ver week and allergic to detergent, water. Please give me a good solution.
