I am 27 and I am suffering form PCOS. I did my ultrasound which suggested enlarged ovaries with multiple tiny cysts (2 to 3 mm each) and echogenic stroma. My right ovary is 09. 15 ml and left one is 13. 99 ml. The reports also mention normal shape and outline of the ovaries and no free fluid seen in the Pouch of Douglas. I am neither thyroid nor a diabetes patient but I do suffer from hormonal acne from the past few months. My weight is under 55. I just want to ask if this disease has a serious implications on my health or on my future in terms of fertility. I am on medication as well.
