Hello, My c peptide is 0.01 post lunch and urine sugar is 2, Ketone r is nil. I am taking insulin 3 times a day. What does my report mean?

Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. C-peptide low level signifies that there is lack of insulin secretion from your beta cells. Hence there is a need for Insulin injections to control blood glucose. No ketones means glucose level is fairly normal or not too high. Presence of glucose in urine maens blood glucose is more than 180 mg or even more. Thanks.
