Hello, I have 4 months baby boy. He is insufficient of milk. What should I do to increase my milk? I am using lactonic granules. Somehow it's helping me but not completely.

Hi, Take C.Lactare 2 capsules thrice daily, along with Lactonic granules 2tsp thrice daily. Try T.Perinorm 2 tablets thrice daily for a week. Drink 4-5 litres of fluids daily including milk. Eat healthy. Feed the baby frequently, every 2 hours or so. Try to relax and take rest whenever possible. Do not wear tight bra.
