I am pregnant. I injecting enoxaparin injection daily. To prevent blood clot. I have few doubts. 1) not always but sometimes after inject in my thigh. Few drop blood comes after I took out injection fully. 1 or 2 drop thats it. Is it any problem. I check carefully the nervous before inject. 2) difference between intravascular & intramuscular injection. And is it safe for baby ahh because of this injection. I hope it safe because its prescribed by DGO doctor.

No problem if capillary blood oozes out just while removing the syringe and intravascular means medication goes directly in veins and intramuscular means medication will go for metabolism and have its effects after few minutes
