Hello sir. Mera 7 month pehle accident hua tha jiski wajha se meri arm half tak he upar ho pati hai. Mera P.G.I CHANDIGARH se opration bhi hua hai 4 month pehle. But wo opration successful nahi hua. Ab doctors ne bola hai physiotherapy karne ko aap bata sakte hai main konsi exercises karu jisse meri arm half se upar tak uth sake.

Do resisted exercises with the help of Theraband anatomically, like Flexion & extension, Abduction & Adduction, Lateral rotation & Medial rotation and both hands should be placed at your waist, then do elevation & depression, retraction & Protraction and Circumduction clockwide & anti clockwise. You will be done mobilisation of the shoulder with the help of. The Shoulder Pulley & Shoulder wheel bar. All exercise should be done under guidance by Physiotherapist.
