Im 21 year, unmarried, my weight is 48 kg. I went to doc as I have seen facial hair growth, hair growth on my chest and back. Hair fall from roots of my scalp. Irregular pain in abdomen. I get my periods by 22-24 days the bleeding is normal but the first 2 days I get a lot cramps and backache .The doc said me that I'm having PCOS. The size of the ovary is 3.5 & 5. She said me not to gain weight and she did not prescribed any type of medicine until marriage. Could you please help me out. How PCOS is caused? What are the precautions to be taken? Is it permanently treated? How it effects other parts? If not treated permanently then what are the other measures. What measures has to be taken further? When it has to be treated? The cysts will increase, stay as it is or it will decrease? Please help me with my question.
