I am suffering from some weird swelling in both my wrists. This has been persisting for o er 10 years. I have got it checked and x rayed and seen nothing related to Carpal tunnel. The swelling causes pain from neck area to wrists only and worsens when the temperature drops. The swelling is only on the top part of the hands just before the wrists. I moved to a warmer climate area and saw much needed relief. But recently the pain increased due to some simple household work. The pain last and decreases over weeks. But the pain is not gone. What can I do to relieve the pain sensations in the wrists? I have tried massages and oil massages including ayurveda. Also noticed that acidity contributes toa certain amount of pain as well. If I can get guidance I can certainly try. Iam over 60 and I am quite an active person. I have mild high bp and am on very low bit daily medication. Please help.
