I am a 23 year old male. I had haemarroidal bleeding since last 3 years. Due to that my haemoglobin level was at 5.9 and after blood transfusion it became 9.4.and I have feeling severe memory problems and confusion recently. I have had mild memory problems couple of year ago. But it becoming severe now .also I am a student. It is very difficult to study. Why my memory is not improving even after HB level became 9.4 from 5.9.do you think my memory will become normal after HB Becomes normal (13.5)is there any way I can bring back memory as soon as possible. I am losing all the hope. Because my future is at stake. Pls give me a convenient answer.

Hi, I would suggest you to play some mind games like sudoku or rubik cube or solve some cross word puzzles. Also ask the physician to prescribe you some medicines. Also join some yoga and meditation group to keep yourself relaxed. Anxiety also adds up in memory loss.
