Memory Improvement Questions

I think due to masturbation my knees and legs becomes weak. Also my memory is a bit tangled. Please tell me how to recover from these? I am 18+ recommend some ways to me which I obey at home too.

If you can find a good quality juice which does not have any adulteration then you can take it. There are no harms. But it does not improve memory acutely.

These problems are either they are too busy or due to anxiety and stress. Busy people use organizers or employ a personal assistant because they can't remember every task. Hi doctor, how do I channelize my son's daily activity, he having siting problem in his class room please give me some suggestions .his handwriting and academic is good. Find means to vent their energy and calm their minds. Children need to run around and play a lot. Invest in classes which help them use up their energy, physical activity, and soothe mind. Karate/martial arts to channelise energy. Outdoor sports for constant activity.--like football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and badminton. Your children will be constantly moving and using large muscle groups, keeping them focused and energy-drained. They also get to learn about team spirit, sportsmanship, and competition. Music to calm the mind-- when they are part of a band, or sing/play chorus, they learn to be a team player. Swimming for self-discipline--swimming is a great exercise as it offers constant movement, self-discipline, and calorie-burn. Theatre for creative engagement drama or theatre is a creative activity to engage the hyperactive kids. It needs practice, co-ordination, sharp memory, stage confidence, and people skills. It helps the kids to take personal challenges ,and hone their public-speaking skills. Thinking games--games like scrabble, chess, matching pairs, etc. Are a great exercise for brain.

By doing yoga and pranayama it can be improved. And also nutritious food like fruits nuts and vegetables. Also sea food.
