And when I take the medicine I feel sleeping myself what to do from how many days to take this medicine and how to comes out from negative thoughts I am doing yoga as well.

You might be having pain killers. To overcome your depressed psychological state I would suggest you to take some counseling sessions from a good psychotherapist. Also along with yoga do some meditation. Have proper food and water as it will decrease the ill effects of medicines. Join some indoor sports academy where you may play chess or carom like games. Ask your doctor to adjust the dose if feel excessive sleepiness.

Which is affecting your life and future too much? i don't understand trade names of tablets like DELANZ. Fludac is Fluoxetine which does not cause drowsiness. Please continue with yoga and Fludac. They are needed for many months or even for life in certain type of depression. Consult with your doctor about sleepiness and delanz.
