I am 69 yr male having diabetics hypertension for last 25 years, PTC IN 2012, Now Na+ 123 K+ 5.0 Uria 58 serum creatinine 2.2 pneumonia at right chest. Acute infarct at right globus pallidus. Now the patient is nausea while feed along with vomiting tendency for last two month and activities are very slower compare to earlier. What to be done and whom to be consult.
