Hello Doctor, I am preparing for some exam, I sleep at late night and I can't exercise in the morning. Is it fine to exercise in the evening around 4 to 5 pm? I usually finish my lunch by 2. Thank you.

Yes you can do exercise in evening time also, but have minimum 2-3 hours of difference after your lunch for more queries, contact us.
