I I have white line between my teeth both sides of mouth and it is from long time I am seeing it ,I also have habit of biting cheeks, now a days I am seeing something like dots and like ulcers above to that white line on two cheeks. White dots on gums, and white dots on upper lip and lower cheeks .i am very much afraid about what is happening with me. I consulted ENT doc, and dermatologist, they said it is due to vitamin deficiency, please tell me some suggestion how to avoid them and what they are.
