I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and hydronephrosis when I was 20. I am asthmatic since childhood. I suffer from UTI very often. Today I am 22 and I am really concerned about my skin which is being spoiled by all the medicines and stuff. My skin is facing dryness, rashes and turning darker each day. Please suggest me what should I do.

Hi Lybrate user, you have to change your life style fully stop having white rice drink a lot of water drink more fruit juices do daily yoga or exercise for one hour increase energy intake, but should not eat too much rich protein foods if only unilateral hydronephrosis, do not have to limit the amount of drinking water, if bilateral hydronephrosis, renal dysfunction, to limit the amount of water daily.
