Dear doctors I have very sore pain in muscle every time I workout at gym is it natural or something else?

Hi, soreness in muscle owing to excessive workout in gyms is common. I would advise you to relax and rest for a couple of days and not attempt any strenuous work outs till you feel better. Resume your exercises gradually without excessively straining/ stressing yourself. Do warm up with simple and light exercises before getting onto intensive ones. Should you have symptoms other than the ones mentioned, and ones that are debilitating and unbearable, do see a general physician in person for a clinical evaluation. Hope this helps.
