Below five precautions should be followed by both husband and wife to perform oral sex safely with each other: 
1. Both husband and wife must ensure that both of them are free of STD's(Sexually Transmitted Diseases). 
2. Both husband and wife must clean their anus with only water after passing stool. 
3. Both husband and wife should not apply soap and water to anus for cleaning their anus because soap will damage the anus.
4. Both husband and wife should never use dental Dam's or any other condom's during cunnilingus, fellatio and analingus. 
5. Both husband and wife may or may not take bath.
