No focal or diffuse this lesion scon. No collaterals seen. RI KIDNEY right kidney is normal in size, shape and echotexture cortical-medulltry' differentiation is maintain ned. Pelvicalyceal system is moderately dilated maintained. Pelvicalyceal system is moderately dilated Large heterogeneous lesicn is noted around folly's bulb likely haematoma Foillys LT KIDNEY fkdnx is normal in size, shape and ehutexure.
