I'm 48 years old. Leading a healthy life with no diseases. I experienced a very prolonged menstrual period almost since 22 days with heavy to low bleeding with no pain but im suffering from depression, mood swings, very lazy and without energy, though im taking lots of fruits and healthy life to compensate loss of iron during my menses. Please suggest me? Is this normal or am I facing menopause? Suggest any medication to stop bleeding? I used tab. Pause500 mg 3 days only but there is not much difference. I hardly use any medicine, always try to cope up with in a natural way by diet or exercise. I stopped doing yoga during my periods and feel much worst mentally as well as physically. Kindly help.
