I am 20 years old and I was pregnant. So I took medication of mankind unwanted kit and just used 2 misoprostol tablets on June 3rd and the bleeding started on the same day with huge clots of tissue and had severe cramps. Then from next day bleeding was gradually decreasing. On June 9th I consulted a doctor and had a scan which showed that I had RPOC (remains products of conception) of size 32*10 mm and mild vascularity. My doctor advised to take misoprostol tablets for 2 days i.e, 2 per day totally 4 tablets. On June 10 n 11 I took misoprostol tablets but I didn't have any bleeding. My doctor told me to take a scan on June 16th again which is after 2 days. She told if didn't pass the RPOC she needs to do the cleaning. What does that mean? Is there any need to be get cleaned or should I wait till my next period? Will it pass naturally with my next period or waiting that long will cause any problem? Any natural ways of passing it please tell me.
