Hi dr, Im a 34 years old lady, married for 8 yrs. I'm trying to conceive for my second baby. I did ultrasound for follicular growth. On 12th day there was a left follicle of size 16 mm with 9 mm endometrium and no POD fluid. On 14th day, left follicle was of 19 mm with 10 mm endometrium and no POD fluid. I need to undergo another ultrasound on 16th day. My cycle is 28-34 days. My question is when will the follicle rupture? When ovulation might happen. Which might be the day to inter course to conceive? M not under any medication. My first child is 6 years old.

Follicle rupture and ovulation are the same thing. Follicles rupture between size of 16 mm and 22 mm rarely upto 30 mm as well. You will come to know on usg. 36 to 48 hrs after the follicle ruptures, it is an ideal time to do intercourse.
