I have tried to have sex a couple of times. Though my partner manages to penetrate me but it pains a lot .I cannot even take it for 15 minutes .Even after we use lubes and do a lot of foreplay.

It is a condition which affects a woman's ability to engage in any form of vaginal penetration, including sexual penetration, insertion of tampons, and gynecological examinations. This is the result of a conditioned reflex of the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, causing muscles in the vagina to tense suddenly and making any kind of vaginal penetration either painful or impossible You need to start internal herbal medications to relax your vaginal muscles from within. External treatment or lubrication might not be helpful.
