I had ligament tear in my ankle and had a plaster placed for a month due to excessive swelling. After removing the plaster the swelling was reduced but was still there. Whenever I keeping standing or put my leg in air for sometime the swelling increases. What should I do to reduce my swelling?

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
