Helo doctor. On my first pregnancy I got ectopic in left tube then doctors suggest me to hsg. Nd on right side tube there is partial blockage on fimbral end. Then we go for ivf and my bad luck is that I got 2 failed ivf cycles but both times I had conceived but there was no fetal heartbeat both times .2nd time doctor had done d&c nd tale fetal tissue for chromosomes test and in report there is no abnormality. My husband's and mine all tests are normal. Please suggest me what should we do now.

Hi you need to do a hysteroscopy. You need to rule out anti phospholipid syndrome. After that we can do icsi and culture embryos in advanced incubator called embryoscope this helps us to rule out genetic abnormality in the embryos which may be a major cause of ivf failure. We can also do advanced genetic testing on the embryos called Pgs normally we freeze embryos and transfer in the next cycle at the blastocyst stage. All this results in successful pregnancies.
