I am 42 year old male. I encounter low blood sugar levels at times accompanied with low BP. I get prior indication, wherein I loose energy & I get semi unconscious. On administration of sugar I regain normalcy. It has happened to me 5 times in the past 15 years. I live and love an active lifestyle and do regular exercise and morning walk. And all my parameters are normal during my routine body check. My hbac level is 5 and I am not a diabetic. Kindly tell me the possible reasons for this condition and any remedy or change in life style.
