Hello doctors I want to know that some people takes very balanced food with high protein, vitamins, and all nutrients but inspite they are very thin. It is impossible for them to gain weight which is extremely less for their fitness and well looking. What is the reason behind if they have no problem in their body? I.e. Me.

It means they have very good metabolic rate so everything they eat is digested fast and nothing is left behind to get converted into fat.
