I didn't grow on the onset of menstruation it's been 4 years now and I am 16, my height is 5' equal to my mother's. Will I grow any taller?

Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Usually girls do grow rapidly around 13 to 14 years. But the height can still increase up to 18 years, provided one does proper exercises and takes good nutrition. Another important aspect that governs the height is the heredity. Still with specific exercise you can increase a few more cms. Thanks.
