Hi For the past week I have had a red inflammation on my face. It had never itches. On the first few days it was red and had reddish surroundings. But now it's less red.� P.s whenever I touch it feels like its circular and like a *bump*� Is it acne? Will it leave scars or marks? Am currently using Deriva CMS GEL (adapalene 0.1 AND CLINDAMYCIN 1%) � More details about the presenting complaint: It does not itch at all but when I touch it (with a cloth) I can surely feel a bump. Can I apply benzoyl peroxide?

As per the information provided in my view it is due to a side effects of clindamycin gel on a normal skin layer and it?s better to stop using it and as of now take tablet paracetamol650 twice a day for two days and if redness persists than apply caladryl lotion and followup with finding after two days
