You would not survive for 5 years with antral cancer without any treatment. It’s a very aggressive disease. Most likely you had erosions due to gastritis or rarely it may be due to portal hypertension, depending on the rest of the OGD scopy findings. Better to repeat an OGD scopy again. Kindly get the endoscoy done with biopsy of oferosion tissue on multiple sites which will confirm the diognosis meanwhile you must take 1 tab pan 40 1 b.d before breakfast and dinner and 2 mucain gell 1table spoon four times aday 3diet wihout chilliesand massala ect.
