Have a normal menstrual cycle of 28-30 days. I have periods for 3 days and just spotting on 4th and 5th day. One or two days before period I get very light spotting. I have pain in abdomen back which is on and off throughout the cycle. On investigation my TSH came 4.9 with normal T4 and prolactin was also 27.4. Ultrasound of lower abdomen was normal. Both the ovaries were normal in size. Endometrium size was also normal. No free fluid was in POD and there was a follicle of 18 mm. The ultrasound was done on 14th day of my menstrual cycle. Then doctor prescribed me primosa 1000 and cabergoline .25. It's been three weeks now since I am taking the above medicine. For the last 3 months I am trying to conceive. I am 31 year old. Are there any chance to conceive this month. Either yes or no. Want to know the reason of the same.
