I was 55 kg on 2013 before my marriage. After marriage I began to gain weight. And I become 79 kg. Now I am trying to lose weight and I became 66 kg. But I want to go back to my healthy weight condition. Now also I am trying but my weight remains like constant (66 kg). My height is 163 cm. What are the remedies?
