Hello doctor I have swelling at the back of my mouth due to wisdom tooth on right side and in last years I was suffering from same problem then I have removed the left one but I really don't want oral surgery again please help me?

Hi It is essiential to remove 3rd molar if it is giving problemb viz: pain,swelling (pericornitis). There are other med toda but will give you temporary relief.
If it's not in correct direction u hardly have a choice as than its a vestigial organ if required get it removed earlier the better in the mean time take three quarter glass of warm water add a tea spoon of salt in it n rinse three four times a day it will help u
Sorry but you can't help it. If it's not coming out, Take it out.
If molar is impacted then go for surgery.
