My father's age is 63. He has pacemaker in heart since last 10 years. Now he is suffering from low sugar. When sugar starts to fall he can't understand and become sense less. His creatinine level is 4.3 .So what is to be done? Is dialysis needed?

Please ensure that his pacemaker is functioning fine by getting his pacemaker checked for battery life etc and consult a cardiologist, it is quite possible that what you may be attributing to low sugar may be due to malfunction in pacemaker. If pacemaker is functioning fine then As far as sugar and creatinine are concerned please consult an endocrinologist and nehprologist and follow their advice.
